Answer
Buyers Questions Promptly
If a potential customer can't contact you
about your ebay auction and get a response
then they are no longer a potential customer.
Check your email morning and evening so
that you can catch any questions that a
buyer might have!
Give
a Receipt
When sending your item through the mail, include
a receipt for the item. This makes you a professional,
gives your buyer proof of ownership, and makes
for some very positive feedback. If you are
delivering your item online within simply
e-mail your customer a receipt. This is more
than just an eBay selling tip; this is a common
business practice. A paid invoice that thanks
the buyer for their business will leave them
with a wonderful feeling of satisfaction about
winning your eBay auction.
Get More
Feedback!
Don't underestimate the power of good feedback
-- It's one of the first things that your
buyers will look at when they consider purchasing
your item.
Maintaining positive
feedback is a must!
When you sell an item on ebay,
leave feedback as soon as payment is received.
I like to include
a little thank you note that mentions
positive feedback...like this:
"It’s been a
pleasure doing business with you and I
am on my way to leave you some Positive
Feedback right now! Thanks again for the
swift transaction."
Another eBay selling tip
for building feedback is to shop on
eBay
-- yes -- shop
on eBay!
When you buy something on eBay you get the
chance to Increase
your feedback rating. Buy things
that you would have to buy anyway or look
for really cheap info products with free
shipping; ebooks and reports are very inexpensive
and sometimes quite informative.
