Once you have decided on a group of possible
customers or a niche, you can begin to
develop your product or service, Developing
or finding a product (or service) to sell
that fits your market should be an easy
task
if
you have put a decent amount of
effort in to researching your niche.
As you develop your plan, decide
on and document the exact methods
that you will use to create, package,
sell and ship your product. Note: now
is a good time to jump
over to the 'Modeling Success' page
if you haven't seen it already.
Product Types
I prefer to deal in information products
and knowledge, a friend of mine works
from home buying and selling guitars on
the internet and many others have achieved
amazing results by manufacturing their
own product or craft.
It doesn’t really matter what type
of product or service that you choose;
what
really matters is that there is an audience
or target market for your chosen merchandise.
People are developing and marketing all
sorts of products and services right from
their desks or even their garages; aren’t
your ready to get started?
Take Your Time…
Don’t get caught up on developing
a product or service right away! Spend
some time brainstorming about specific
niches and looking for needs that you
will be able to fulfill.
Only once you have found a group of people
that need something, can you develop a
product or service that fulfills their
desires… This is why earlier
I recommended developing a product or
service in an area that you are already
familiar with or related to an interest
of yours…
If you are working in an area that you
already know then all you have to do is
ask yourself: “What
would be a great product that I would
buy?” This should get you going
in the right direction.
